How not to get fired from company

1. Don’t Lie in Your Resume

This is the first thing you should take care of. You should include right information especially about your qualification and experience as every company recheck those details within 2-3 weeks. So, you may face a fired later as soon as the details leaked.

2. Don’t Misuse Technology

Your company blocked several site and they have a reason for that. Don’t try to bypass their security. No company likes to see their employee busy more in internet than office job unless the employee is social media manager over internet.

3. Avoid Attending too many Personal Call

Attending personal call can’t be avoided in office but attending too many call make you unproductive. Do you appoint someone who spend hours attending personal calls where the employee only have 8 hours to work? There are no company who going to pay you for attending personal calls, is there any?

4. Avoid Gossips

Office gossips always a hot object for most of the employee and it’s really hard to avoid it but you can stop it from spreading via you. You should avoid to talk about rumor because a rumor may turn a bad behavior.

5. Be a Team Man

If you working as a project manager or as an administrator then you have to be a good team man. A good team man only able to extract cent percent from employee. If you unable to build a good communication with other team member then you should better search another job.

6. Admit Error

Some of us love to put our finger on other to shed our own fault. You have to take responsibility when you have done the mistake, you have to admit it and try to make thing right. Putting finger on others can help you one or two times but not going to help you ever.

7. Follow Deadlines

Deadline are given because several others depend on it or may be several other project depend on it. You have to understand your work value and have to submit your work on or before deadline. Constantly failing to submit work before deadline make you untrustworthy and the result can be worst one.

8. Consistent On Work Hours

Understand your company paying you for your work. So, it’s your duty to attend the job in right time. It’s bad for company to see employee’s attending job late and leaving early. You should be consistent on attending your office in right time.

9. Don’t Put Too Much Limit

Limiting is good because you have to do what you attend for. Nobody loves to work as phone operator where s/he appointed as accountant. However, putting too much limit in your job may influence your company to throw you out from office premises permanently.

10. Be Gentle

You have to be gentle in your office. Don’t be quarrelsome, avoid alcohol and don’t take personal life in your office. Be productive and try to learn thing that you should to give your work influence.
